To move the timelines use the mouse wheel or arrow keys or grab and drag one of the timelines. Click on an event for detailed information.
Note: TimeGlider is a work in progress regarding both data and functionality. Currently it works best with mouse and keyboard input, but we are working on improving touchscreen functionality. All dates are estimates and should not be considered authoritative. The primary intent of this timeline is to display data in way that is helpful for quick reference and for understanding the overall chronological context of biblical events and passages.
The top (lighter) band displays events in a normal view, and the bottom (darker) band shows the same information in a condensed view. The timelines are linked, so moving one will move the other.
For rulers, the start date marks the beginning of his/her reign. For non-rulers, the start date marks his/her birth.
